About

Why Springfield BJJ?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the most effective forms of self-defense, and a great way to get in real shape. Most people quit gym routines because they get repetitive. Here, every class is different and you have to think the whole time. You’ll leave each session stronger than you walked in.

Maybe you want to defend yourself, get healthier, or help your child build discipline and confidence. Springfield BJJ is a good place to start.

We focus on a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a culture of respect. You’ll train with a team that shows up for each other, on the mats and off them.
